Hi, I’m Mariana - Founder and Lead Coach at Metaspeech.
I’m a choreographer turned speaking coach with a passion for helping others harness the power of their body language. I combined my love for teaching fearless movement through dance with my startup experience to create a method that helps business owners scale rapidly through confident communication. Since founding Metaspeech in 2015, I have delivered training for major tech players like Google and Indeed.com as well as trailblazing scale-ups like Zego. I’ve also mentored at Cannes Lions’s R/GA Startup Academy, and I’m a regular trainer for cohorts at Wayra (Telefonica’s accelerator) and Geovation in the UK.
I find real joy in working with startup founders on perfecting their pitch decks and finding their grounded presence to raise the millions they need to scale. I also love the challenge of coaching Scaleup senior teams and line managers on communication difficulties that are stopping them from delivering high-performing teams.
